Cancellation Policy

Your appointment time has been reserved JUST for you.

At least 24 hours notice is required when cancelling/rescheduling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule if you are unable to keep your appointment. You may cancel/reschedule your appointment via text message or by calling the office at (413) 250-0033 and leaving a voicemail.

If a true emergency arises, please notify us immediately via text or phone call/voicemail. It is your responsibility to ensure you have received a reply from us confirming your cancellation BEFORE your missed appointment time.

If you:

  • Cancel/change your appointment with at least 24 hours notice: No problem, no charge.
  • Cancel/change within 24 hours notice for any reason, you will be charged the full session rate. You can avoid this by sending someone else in your place. If we are able to fill the appointment, no charge.
  • Cancel/change your appointment within 2 hours: Full charge, unless we can fill that appointment.
  • Failure to show up without notice: If you simply do not show up for any reason, with no notice, full charge.

If you arrive late: Your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending on how late you arrive, we will determine together if there is enough time remaining to begin a session. Regardless of the length of the treatment given, or if it is determined that it is too late to begin the session, payment for the full length of the session is required.
